1. Install one of or all Win64 KeySigt programs (ADS 2016.01, EMPro 2015.01, Genesys 2015.08, IC-CAP 2016.01, MBP 2016.01, MQA 2016.01, SystemVue 2015.01, WaferPro Express 2015.01). Close "License Setup Wizard" window at the and of setup 2. Replace original "EEsof_License_Tools" program folder (by default C:\Program Files\Keysight\EEsof_License_Tools) with cracked one 3. Replace original KeySigt program folders with cracked ones for ADS 2016.01 by default C:\Program Files\Keysight\ADS2016_01 for EMPro 2015.01 by default C:\Keysight\EMPro2015_01 for Genesys 2015.08 by default C:\Program Files\Genesys2015.08 for IC-CAP 2016.01 by default C:\Keysight\ICCAP_2016_01 for MBP 2016.01 by default C:\Keysight\MBP_2016_01 for MQA 2016.01 by default C:\Keysight\MQA_2016_01 for SystemVue 2015.01 by default C:\Program Files\SystemVue2015.01 for WaferPro Express 2015.01 by default C:\Keysight\WAFERPROXP_2015_01 4. Go to <"EEsof_License_Tools" program folder>\bin\win32 (by default C:\Program Files\Keysight\EEsof_License_Tools\bin\win32 ) and run as Administrator "server_install.bat". Run desired KeySight Win64 application In "License Setup Wizard" window tick "I want to specify a network license server" > Next For "Network License server name" input 23111@localhost > Next > Finish At program start select one of available license bundle from list of available bundles 6. Enjoy Note: If after KeySight programs start they crash or there is license error warning run as Administrator "SolidSQUADLoaderEnabler.reg", confirm to add info into Windows registry and reboot computer 7.
