IBM SPSS Statistics نرم‌افزار رایانه‌ای است که برای تحلیل‌های آماری به کار میرود. SPSS مخفف عبارت «Sciences Statistical Package for the Social» به معنی «بسته‌ی آماری برای علوم اجتماعی» می‌باشد. پس از خریداری شدن شرکت سازنده این نرم افزار توسط IBM در 2009 این نرم افزار با نام PASW که مخفف Predictive Analytics Software است، منتشر شد. اما در نسخه 19 دوباره نام SPSS Statistics را اختیار کرد.
SPSS از جمله نرم‌افزارهایی است که برای تحلیل‌های آماری در علوم اجتماعی، به صورت بسیار گسترده‌ای استفاده می‌شود. این نرم‌افزار توسط پژوهشگران بازار و داد و ستد، پژوهشگران سلامتی، شرکت‌های نقشه برداری، دولتی، پژوهشگران آموزشی، سازمان‌های بازاریابی و غیره به کار میرود. افزون بر تحلیل‌های آماری، مدیریت داده‌ها و مستندسازی داده‌ها نیز از ویژگی‌های نرم‌افزار هستند.
در تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از این نرم افزار باید سه مرحله اساسی را طی نمود؛ در مرحله اول داده‌های خام وارد برنامه شده و داخل یک پرونده ذخیره می‌شوند سپس باید تحلیل مورد نظر انتخاب گردد تا عملیات مربوطه بر روی داده‌ها اعمال شوند و در نهایت خروجی برنامه بررسی گردد.

Disconnect internet. 1- Run "Setup.exe" to install the program. 2- In "In Instaashield Wizard has ..." window , uncheck "Start IBM SPSS ..." option then click on "Finish" button. After complete installation and before run the program: 3- Delete "lservrc" file from installation directory. Default: C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\24 4- Open Crack folder. Copy "lservrc" file from there to installation directory. Default: C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\24
