Music Tag comes in handy for all users who want to complete their music collection by automatically downloading missing artwork and track data for the songs.
The user interface is simple and you should be able to master the program in no time.
You can add files and folders by browsing or using the drag and drop support. It is possible to remove the items from the list, to save or undo the changes and to open the output destination.
It supports batch processing, which means you can add multiple files to the list and download the missing information for all the songs.
Music Tag automatically downloads the missing information that is going to be added directly to your music files. If the app manages to successfully add the track data and the missing artwork, a green connected sign will be displayed in the main window. You can also load the artwork from local folders, restore the original artwork or remove it.
Furthermore, editing the metadata of the music files is also possible by specifying the title, artist, album, genre, track and disc number, and the year. Additional tags can be specified by giving information about the composer and writing comments.
