Do you remember all the old video games you used to play growing up? If you’re a millennial, you know nothing. I’ve always wanted to say that, but in all seriousness, you had to live it to really appreciate those times. Now, if you’re one of those people that can dig all the old video games systems out of your closet and hook up whichever one you want to play, then go for it. Many of them have different types of connections, and many machines stop working over time.
It’s great to have the vintage piece, but that’s just for kicks and for playing random games. If you really want to take a step back in time and get to play thousands of games you might have run into growing up, then you need what’s called Extra M.A.M.E., which is otherwise known as a multiple arcade machine emulator. You’ll have the controls to many games you hadn’t thought about or had the chance to play in years.
Do you remember Donkey Kong? That’s a classic for sure, and some of the games are even before my time, as I was born in 1980. In the mid-90’s, my parents owned an arcade for a little more than two years, and we had many of the old classics as filler. Even some of the games from the 90’s are classics in my opinion. I used to love playing Mortal Kombat, Sonic the Hedgehog and NBA Jam.
Of course, Galaga and games of that nature came out when I was a really young kid. What questions do you have about the Extra M.A.M.E. that would give you access to these games? Specifically, it says that this thing supports over 10,000 games. I didn’t even know that there were that many classic games to begin with. There are quite a few though because think about all the systems that have been out on the market over the years. I started with the NES or Nintendo Entertainment System. The Atari was out, but I only got to play it, as I never owned one. What games are you itching to play right now using the Extra M.A.M.E. download?
