Description
1. Introduction Some of the significant issues in a developing country such as Nıgeria include the understandings and attitudes of people regarding career choice and development. This is because the economic climate and challenges in the labor market require individuals to take responsibility for their own career management, especially emphasizing adaptability and other personal resources. Despite the progress in the technology, there is no clear platform where career development and industrial opportunities are discussed. Thus, individual workers must strive to acquire the necessary skills that prepare them to adapt to changing career environments and deal with frequent transitions.
