From Topa: Guidelines for maps (tiling = 3 for all):
1. Set surface to #0c81ce (diffuse) and #f79333 (specular 16%). Assign nab.jpg to diffuse, 91%.
2. Set clouds by assigning opacity.jpg to specular (color + level) and opacity. Use bump.jpg for bump, 3%.
3. Set atmosphere to #0c81ce (diffuse) with specular 0%. Make opacity 91%. Under 'Advanced' set transparency to additive.
Adjust colors for a wide range of moods from the map set.
