Form Pilot software allow you to fill out paper
forms on your computer instead of using a
typewriter. You just scan your form directly from
the program, get the form image on the screen, and
fill out the form by simply typing where you need to
have the form filled out. If you do not have a
scanner, just bring the scanned form image from
another computer. Filling out forms, you can:

* Use fonts of different size and colors
* Rotate text, insert pictures, checkmarks, lines
and geometrical figures
* Enhance the outlook of the form itself by removing
color casts
* Erase unnecessary fields.

After you have completed your form input, you can
save it to your hard drive or a CD, print it out for
mailing, or open it and change something if you need
to. You may use preprinted forms (just the text will
be printed out) or blank paper to create your
completed form.

The program is very useful for students. It also
helps children who have handwriting problems and
people with dysgraphia.

The Form Pilot form-filler can receive any document
from any application by using its printing function.
So, to get the form you want to fill out, open it in
the appropriate application. For example, a *.doc
file should be opened in Microsoft Word; a *.pdf
file should be opened in Adobe Reader, and so on.

How to fill out a PDF form?

1. Open the form in Adobe Reader.

2. Choose the Print command in your Adobe Reader and
select Form Pilot Home/Pro/Office as a printer name.

3. Click OK to print your document "with" the Form
Pilot virtual printer.

4. The new document from your Adobe Reader should
appear in the Form Pilot window. Fill in your new
document in Form Pilot. Filling out forms, you can
use fonts of different size and colors, rotate text,
insert pictures, checkmarks, lines and geometrical
figures, erase unnecessary objects in form image.

5. After you have completed your form input, you can
do operations such as:
* Save the filled form for further use
* Print the form out
* Save the filled form as an image file (PNG, JPG)
* Save the filled form as PDF (Pro/Office only)
* Send image or PDF file of form by e-mail/fax.
