Pantheon« is an affordable, extendable cheminformatics
solution that enables discovery scientists to organize,
analyze, and visualize chemical and biological data, making
better decisions faster than ever before. Built on the
Eclipse platform, Pantheon can be immediately used by
discovery scientists throughout the organization, or easily
extended by discovery organizations and other discovery
providers. Using Pantheon, you can:
- Visualize the various R-groups that have been
synthesized on a particular scaffold.
- Perform simple sharing of results and
experiments between users, for example: E-mail a
colleague a set of interesting protein-ligand
structures and your comments on them
For developers and IS groups, Pantheon provides:
A robust, open, extensible platform for chemical data
analysis and modeling
-Other vendors can contribute to the platform (e.g. KNIME
from University of Konstanz)
-You can build your custom solutions on top of our
components
